Cultural Cuisine Showcase provides attendees with the opportunity to try samplers from different cuisines while learning the story behind each dish, how it is prepared, and the food scarcity challenges connected to its region. Attendees also learn about on-campus resources for food scarcity. In addition, participants will receive recipe cards featuring the dishes they explore, which they can decorate and take home as a keepsake. |
