| Description: |
The 2026 Employee Engagement Survey, conducted by organizational consulting firm Korn Ferry, provided valuable insights into the Texas A&M University employee experience that require deeper research and understanding. One of Korn Ferry’s findings that merits further exploration is the level of burnout reported by staff who frequently interact with a large number of students. To better understand these experiences, we are seeking staff volunteers to participate in survey insights workshops.
Through these workshops, we hope to better understand the challenges staff face engaging with large numbers of students in their role and how these experiences shape their overall work environment. Insights gained from these discussions will help identify opportunities for the university to support staff well-being.
Feedback gathered during these conversations will be aggregated and anonymized before being shared with the University Employee Experience Work Team. The information gathered will help shape recommendations and priorities for meaningful actions that support staff well-being, while enhancing the overall student experience. |
