With the extension of the final rule deadline, now is the perfect time to ensure your digital content is accessible. Join the CTE this summer for a 90-minute Zoom session designed to equip you with practical steps for creating accessible documents and presentations.
Participants will learn how to leverage Microsoft Office’s built-in features to design content that is accessible to all users. Participants are encouraged to have access to one Word document and one PowerPoint presentation to work on during the session.
Learning Outcomes: Participants
will be able to…
1) Utilize the built-in Accessibility Checker in Word and PowerPoint to identify and fix common issues.
2) Review practices for creating accessible Word and PowerPoint content.
3) Apply remediation techniques to improve accessibility in Word and PowerPoint documents. |
