| Description: |
Fourth in a series of workshops for graduate students, post-docs, and visiting scholars whose primary language is not English. This interactive workshop brings experienced teaching assistants together with novice (and future) instructors to discuss classroom management and more. Novice instructors ask questions, and experienced TAs give advice regarding expectations for instructors at Texas A&M University.
Learning Outcomes: Participants will be able to:
1. Analyze common teaching scenarios.
2. Discuss strategies for responding to typical issues in the classroom.
3. Identify one new tip or strategy that you plan to implement. |
