Description: Learning experiences are the ways students engage with content, instructor, and peers to achieve outcomes. Explore approaches that actively engage students and promote deep learning. Review tools that support student demonstration of achievement.

Learn how addressing concepts like accountability, relevance, transparency, sequencing, and feedback impact student success. Examples for both traditional and digital classrooms will be offered. Advance your course alignment map.

Learning Outcomes: Participants will be able to…

1) Select 1-2 learning experiences for a course to replace or extend a current practice.
2) Generate new approaches balancing learner needs with situational factors.
3) Summarize the different components of the course design process.
