The Title II revision (the Final Rule) mandates that all digital content comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards by April 24, 2026. This foundational session introduces participants to the essential concepts of digital accessibility and its growing importance in education and technology.
This workshop will cover key accessibility standards and their impact on course content. Participants will also explore various assistive technologies that support students with disabilities.
This session is part of a broader series on digital accessibility and serves as a starting point for anyone involved in creating, managing, or delivering digital content.
