This Concept to Conversation Session provides graduate students with a collaborative space to discuss the unique challenges and opportunities of leading lab sections. After a brief introduction to effective lab facilitation strategies, participants will exchange experiences, troubleshoot common issues, and share ideas for fostering safety, engagement, and hands-on learning.
Learning Outcomes: Participants will be able to...
1. Identify effective practices for facilitating lab-based learning.
2. Reflect on their experiences leading labs to identify strengths and growth areas.
