This 30-minute Concept to Conversation Session offers graduate students a space to explore practical ways to build community in their teaching and learning environments. The session will begin with a brief overview of strategies for fostering connection, belonging, and meaningful interaction among students. The remainder of the session will focus on collaborative discussion, where participants share experiences, exchange ideas, and learn from one another. This informal and supportive format encourages participants to deepen their understanding of community-building practices while expanding their network of fellow educators.

1. Identify key strategies for fostering a sense of community in teaching and learning environments.
2. Reflect on their own experiences with community-building and articulate practices that have been effective for them.
