| Description: |
Have you ever wondered what makes a multiple-choice question a higher order thinking question? Can multiple-choice questions promote critical thinking? In this session, we will explore the concept of critical thinking, different type of questions that can foster higher order thinking, and how generative AI tools can assist in creating such questions. Participants will have a chance to generate their own questions using TAMU approved Generative AI tools.
Learning Outcomes: Participants
will be able to…
1) Define critical thinking.
2) Identify the characteristics of a higher order thinking question.
3) Use Generative AI tools to generate and enhance higher order thinking questions. |
