Dan Menchaca from Environmental Health & Safety will present information about radiological safety training.
This workshop is open to undergraduates participating in REU and summer undergraduate research programs. A valid UIN is required to receive a certificate of completion for this training.
IMPORTANT REMINDER: This training is intended for students who either work at the Cyclotron or in a laboratory setting using radioactive materials. Students who will be working with lasers or x-ray machines should take a different course. Direct all questions about which training you should take to your program advisors.
