Description: |
Staff and faculty have access to the protected version of Gemini, Google's advanced AI. This workshop will introduce the basics of Gemini, exploring what it is and how it differs from other generative AI tools.
Additionally, participants will examine how Gemini can assist in content creation, assessment design, and brainstorming interactive learning experiences. Finally, participants will reflect on potential applications of Gemini in their own contexts.
Learning Outcomes: Participants
will be able to…
1) Identify key features and capabilities of Gemini.
2) Experiment with Gemini by using different prompts.
3) Apply insights from the workshop to brainstorm potential uses of Gemini within participants’ own teaching contexts. |
