The day and time listed is for the FIRST SESSION only. The workshop meets each Tuesday & Thursday at this time for 4 sessions (2 times per week for 2 weeks).
The workshops will focus on the developing skills to enhance academic motivation. Students will actively apply the mental skills with activities in relation to their academic performance. Topics covered include enhancing academic motivation, finding your why, personal values, and goals. |
