| Description: |
Building on the "Introduction to Linux" course, we introduce the user to the concept of cluster and supercomputer architectures, focusing on our Raad2 system in more detail. Attendees will learn how to submit compute jobs on the system using the SLURM resource manager, how to monitor those jobs, and how to transfer data to and from Raad2. This course consists of two, 2-hour sessions including a practical hands-on portion .
An account on Raad2 is required for every attendee of the course, as users will be expected to create job files and submit jobs to the SLURM partitions. If you do not have such an account, please apply for one several days prior to the course.
