Situated within Donna Hicks’ Leading with Dignity framework, this session will connect with our own dignity, with dignity of others, and with dignity of a greater purpose. Designed as a high-engagement session, participants will regularly reflect on their own experiences and those within their classes. Participants will collaboratively develop strategies for building cultures of dignity in their classes grounded in Aggie Core Values.

Connect principles of dignity to Aggie Core Values
Build a classroom culture of dignity grounded in our values
