Description: |
This workshop is designed to help (graduate) students struggling with productivity or questioning their ability to succeed to recognize the impact of the imposter phenomenon on their well-being and learn strategies to manage and succeed through feelings of imposterism.
Participants will:
• Define Imposter Phenomena (IP) and discuss its impacts upon mental health and productivity
• Explore how the IP is perpetuated individually and systemically
• Learn positive strategies and skills to break the cycle of IP
• Empower participants to recognize and internalize the strengths and abilities that have contributed to their accomplishments |
