Aggies Meditate is a 3-part series with this first session focusing on the "Safety Breath."
This session will focus on the three types of stresses: resolvable, unresolved, and unresolvable. Using the "Safety Breath" to navigate the three types of stresses allows a greater capacity to relax and empower students with the energy to resolve what is causing them stress.
Being a college student is a busy time, but being busy does not mean that students need to go through the experience with stress and anxiety. Aggies Meditate will help students find balance in meeting their academic needs while enjoying the Aggie experience.
The Aggies Meditate series is hosted in partnership with the Departments of Kinesiology & Sport Management and Residence Life. The series is sponsored by the Aggie Green Fund. |
