Description: Aggies Meditate is a 3-part series with this first session focusing on the "Safety Breath." This session will focus on teaching the basic tools of meditation through the "Safety Breath" to help students maneuver the difficulties of handling stress and anxiety. The "Safety Breath" allows students to take a moment to find calmness and serenity in order to move through their stress with ease and comfort. Being a college student is a busy time, but being busy does not mean that students need to go through the experience with stress and anxiety. Aggies Meditate will help students find balance in meeting their academic needs while enjoying the Aggie experience. The Aggies Meditate series is hosted in partnership with the Departments of Kinesiology & Sport Management and Residence Life. The series is sponsored by the Aggie Green Fund.
