| Description: |
This workshop will be a small-group discussion of politeness in academic communication. Participants will learn about conventions of politeness in U.S. higher education and have the chance to share their opinions and personal experiences. This workshop will be helpful for students who want to learn strategies for communicating with colleagues, supervisors, and professors as well as practice English conversation skills. |
