As we move to full implementation of EAB Navigate, it’s important to consider the implications of assumptions and biases when it comes to advising using predictive analytics. This program will define the role of predictive analytics in advising at TAMU, consider aspects of identity through the use of personal experiences and hypothetical case studies, and identify strategies that help proactively minimize the effect of assumptions and biases. |
