Description: Our loyalties profoundly shape how we interpret events, information, and people, often in ways we don't recognize. Studies consistently show that two people with different loyalties can witness the same situation and reach completely opposite conclusions. This makes it essential for leaders to critically examine their own loyalties: Why are we loyal to certain ideas, people, or groups? Are these loyalties justified? When should we reconsider or even abandon a loyalty? In this workshop we will explore various definitions and theories of loyalty, which will help you to develop practical frameworks for navigating conflicting loyalties and leading with moral clarity.
