This is an in-person workshop. Elevate your document accessibility skills in one of our two hands-on Digital Accessibility workshops. In this session, participants will explore common accessibility challenges in Microsoft Word files and gain practical experience with remediation techniques. You will learn how to use Microsoft Word built-in accessibility checker, apply effective formatting strategies, and ensure your documents meet accessibility standards. Be sure to bring your laptop and have access to at least one Word document for remediation during the workshop.

Participants will be able to...
Identify common accessibility issues in Word documents.
Evaluate the accessibility of documents using the built-in accessibility checker.
Apply best practices to remediate and enhance the accessibility of Word. |
