Providing clear feedback and grades is crucial for student success, and rubrics offer an efficient way to deliver constructive feedback while clearly defining grading criteria. This workshop invites instructors to delve into different rubric models, participate in hands-on activities to design rubrics that align with course objectives, and discover how rubrics can function as effective assessment instruments for instructors, providing clear criteria for grading, while also serving as valuable educational resources for students, helping them understand expectations and improve their performance.
