||Aggies Meditate: Types of Stresses featuring Lisette Templin - Instructional Assistant Professor, Department of Kinesiology & Sport Management and Kalea Hartman - Assistant Grant Manager
||Aggies Meditate is a 3-part series with this first session focusing on the "Safety Breath." Join us across campus for three rotations of the series.
The first session will focus on teaching the basic tools of meditation through the "Safety Breath" to help staff maneuver the difficulties of handling stress and anxiety. The "Safety Breath" allows people to take a moment to find calmness and serenity in order to move through their stress with ease and comfort. Being a human is a lot, but being busy does not mean that students need to go through the experience with stress and anxiety. Aggies Meditate will help staff find balance in meeting their personal and professional responsibilities while enjoying the Aggie experience.
The second session will focus on the three types of stresses: resolvable, unresolved, and unresolvable. Using the "Safety Breath" to navigate the three types of stresses allows a greater capacity to relax and empower people with the energy to resolve what is caus
