| Description: |
What makes a great leader compared to a great manager? The Spring 2020 G.R.A.D. Aggies Leadership Development Workshop is designed to provide graduate and professional students the opportunity to reflect on the qualities of a strong leader and the different areas of their life where they have the opportunity to grow as leaders (the classroom, their research group, their department, their university, their personal life and beyond). Through self-reflection and discussions on motivations and capabilities, participants will understand what guides/steers/directs their leadership and refine their ability to lead through empowering others.
Participants are expected to attend the entire workshop from 8AM-12PM. There will be two breaks during the workshop.
Coffee and Pastries to be provided.
Attending the entire event and completing the reflection will earn 2 PDUs towards a G.R.A.D. Aggies Professional Development Certificate. |
