Description: |
Objective:
To provide an in-depth workshop experience that will support TAMU Academic Affairs in its efforts to explore how to work and communicate authentically and effectively across cultures and with an increasingly diverse workforce and student population. The workshop is designed to expand the global and domestic world view of the participants and introduce Intercultural knowledge and skills to create a more intentionally inclusive campus.
KMS Inclusive Leadership Philosophy:
Using the Head, Heart, and Hand approach, Kelli will introduce tools that support the psychological safety of the participants while using critical incidents, the storytelling model of social justice, Global Diversity and Inclusion Benchmarks in Higher Education and newspaper articles to challenge the participants and further enhance their existing skills.
