Easiest way to join the meeting:
1. Click the direct meeting link: https://tamu-cs.webex.com/tamu-cs/j.php?MTID=m2dbd3dbf8df45237e7f6f474e47d1f39
2. Enter your name and email address and prompted
3. The next page will say “Step 1 of 2: Add Webex to Chrome” – you do NOT need to do this. Click on the link at the bottom that says “Run a temporary application”. This will download an .exe file to your computer. Click to open and save. This will open the meeting program in a new screen.
4. You will first be prompted to select your audio and video option. Attendees do not need video for this webinar. For audio, you can choose to connect via phone or using computer audio. Please mute your microphone.
