The University Writing Center (UWC) and Evans Library are offering a Thesis and Dissertation Proposal Writing & Research Retreat from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, March 13th and Tuesday, March 14th.
You will receive 30 minutes of individual coaching on what you are researching and a second coaching session on writing help. Please bring your own laptop. We will provide lunches, snacks, and beverages, but you may bring your own food if you prefer. There is no cost.
To qualify for attendance, you must be actively writing your proposal. This retreat is NOT suitable for grant proposals or general course work. Furthermore, this retreat is also NOT suitable for those who have already submitted a proposal and are currently working on a thesis/dissertation.
Registration is limited to 30 students, and you must commit to attending both days from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.Registration will open on Monday, February 27th and will remain open until filled. |
