Description: What is your career goal? Would you like support in identifying the resources you will need to reach your career goals? This workshop will help you create an Individual Development Plan (IDP) with the support of your advisor and mentor. The IDP template has been created and employed by many Aggie graduate students. It is an essential tool designed to help graduate students identify professional goals and objectives, assess current skills, and communicate with their advisors and mentors to develop an action plan to achieve short- and long-term objectives. Obtaining your career goals may be just a plan away.
