By completing and submitting this form, you are indicating your interest in Parent Program. Program participation is contingent upon eligibility and will be determined by the regional staff at the Prospective Student Center located in your region. You will be contacted by your regional recruiter if you are selected to attend and be requested to complete additional paperwork as well as submit an unofficial transcript to the Prospective Student Center. This trip is invite only. Every applicant will be reviewed and additional documentation will be required from both the student and the parent. |
