| Description: |
Texas A&M University has a set of minimum requirements for the course syllabus. This workshop is an opportunity for participants to determine if their syllabus meets those requirements. The session will also address the role of the syllabus in setting course expectations for communication and active engagement. Best practice ideas from the literature and from previous workshop participants will be shared. Participants are asked to bring a current or draft syllabus so that at the conclusion of the session, they will have an annotated version of their syllabus reflecting planned updates.
