General Objective
After completing this training, you should be able to simulate, prototype, test and prepare the PCB for an electronic circuit.
The course covers Pspice design and test platform software with cadence PCB Editor. This first part of the course focus on Pspice which is the schematic capture and simulation application of Cadence Circuit Design Suite, a suite of EDA (Electronics Design Automation) tools that assists you in carrying out the major steps in the circuit design flow. Pspice is designed for schematic entry, simulation, and feeding to downstage step. In the second part of this course, you will learn PCB Editor which is the PCB layout application of EDA tools that assists you in carrying out the major steps in the circuit design flow. PCB Editor is used to design printed circuit boards, perform certain basic mechanical CAD operations, and prepare them for manufacturing. It also provides automated parts placement and layout.
